How do I schedule an appointment?

You don’t need an appointment at Body Traxx Chiropractic—we’re a walk-in clinic! That means you can come in whenever it works best for your schedule. We're open Tuesday through Thursday from 10 AM to 7 PM, and Saturday from 10 AM to 2 PM. The office eats lunch from 2–3 on weekdays. If it’s your first visit, we kindly ask you to come in before 1 PM or before 6 PM to ensure we have enough time to give you the full care and attention you deserve before we close.

Do chiropractic adjustments hurt?

Most patients feel relief right away, though some may experience mild soreness—similar to starting a new workout. At Body Traxx, we always adjust based on your comfort level and explain every step before we begin.

What should I wear to my chiropractic appointment?

Comfortable, loose-fitting clothes are best. You won't need to undress for your visit—just avoid overly tight outfits or bulky jackets. If needed, we’ll simply ask you to remove a coat or sweatshirt.
